Zone 1 – Germany Covers Germany only. Delivery takes 1-2 business days via Nova Post. A parcel up to 1 kg costs €6.00, up to 2 kg costs €7.00, up to 5 kg costs €8.00, and up to 10 kg costs €10.00.
Zone 2 – Nearby Europe Covers Austria, Belgium, Czechia, France, Hungary, Italy, Moldova, the Netherlands, Poland, and Slovakia. Delivery takes 3-5 business days via Nova Post or Deutsche Post/WarenPost. A parcel up to 1 kg costs €13.00, up to 2 kg costs €14.00, up to 5 kg costs €19.00, and up to 10 kg costs €24.00.
Zone 3 – EU mid, UK & USA Covers Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom, and the USA. Delivery takes 4-7 business days via Deutsche Post/WarenPost, with Nova Post available for the USA on smaller parcels. A parcel up to 1 kg costs €16.00, up to 2 kg costs €16.00, up to 5 kg costs €19.00, and up to 10 kg costs €24.00.
Zone 4 – Europe periphery Covers Albania, Andorra, Bosnia & Herzegovina, the Faroe Islands, Georgia, Guernsey, Gibraltar, Iceland, the Isle of Man, Jersey, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, San Marino, Serbia, Switzerland, and Turkey. Delivery takes 5-10 business days via Deutsche Post/WarenPost. A parcel up to 1 kg costs €19.00, up to 2 kg costs €24.00, up to 5 kg costs €31.00, and up to 10 kg costs €39.00.
Zone 5 – Rest of World Covers Armenia, Australia, Azerbaijan, Brazil, Canada, China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Macao, Mexico, Mongolia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Tajikistan, Thailand, and Uzbekistan. Delivery takes 5-14 business days via Deutsche Post/WarenPost. A parcel up to 1 kg costs €26.00, up to 2 kg costs €29.00, up to 5 kg costs €57.00, and up to 10 kg costs €98.00.
Zone U – Ukraine Delivery by Nova Poshta. The shipping fee is not included in your order total: you pay it directly to Nova Poshta upon receipt, according to Nova Poshta's current international tariffs (based on the weight of the parcel). Estimated delivery time: 1-7 working days.
